This website is owned and operated by High Vibing Life. Throughout the site, “I,” “me,” and “my” refer to Sarah, the owner of High Vibing Life.

2. Services Offered
High Vibing Life provides the following services:
Six-week coaching package (one-time payment)
Twelve-week coaching package (one-time payment)
Free consultation bookings made through Acuity Scheduling
All services are for personal development, wellbeing, and lifestyle support. They do not replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.
3. Payments
Payments for all coaching packages are processed securely through Squarespace Payments.
By completing a purchase, you confirm:
You are legally able to use the payment method provided
You authorise High Vibing Life to charge the full amount at checkout
You understand that all prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated
If a payment fails, the booking or service may be cancelled until payment is successfully processed.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Because coaching requires time, preparation, and dedicated availability, all sales are final once purchased.
However, Sarah understands that life happens. If you need to reschedule coaching sessions within a purchased package, she will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you within the limits of her availability a minimum of 24 hours notice is required.
The free consultation may be rescheduled via Acuity if done within the cancellation window.
5. Booking Consultations
Free consultations are booked through Acuity Scheduling.
By booking, you agree to provide accurate information and show up for the appointment.
Repeated no-shows may result in Sarah declining future bookings.
6. Email Collection & Privacy
When you subscribe, purchase a service, or submit a contact form, your email may be collected for communication and marketing purposes.
Sarah stores emails securely through Squarespace Email Marketing.
Emails are not sold, shared, or distributed to any third party.
You may unsubscribe at any time by using the link in any email.

7. Use of the Website
You agree not to:
Use the site for unlawful purposes
Interfere with the website’s security or performance
Copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without permission
Misrepresent yourself or your intentions when contacting or booking

9. Limitation of Liability
High Vibing Life provides coaching and support services intended for personal growth and wellbeing. Results vary depending on individual commitment and circumstances.
Sarah cannot guarantee specific outcomes and is not liable for:
Decisions you make based on coaching
Any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damages
Issues arising from third-party tools (Squarespace, Acuity, payment processors)
Coaching is not a replacement for medical, therapeutic, or mental health care.
