After years as an HR professional leading teams with purpose, I hit a point where my body and mind simply couldn’t keep up. Diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and ultimately burnout, I realized there was a missing piece in my recovery journey. This is why I became a women’s coach — to help others recover from or avoid burnout, reconnect with themselves, and reclaim their energy, focus, and joy.

My Journey Through Burnout
I initially attributed my exhaustion to menopause, pandemic stress, and juggling reduced teams with complex furlough regulations. By 2024, I was signed off work for burnout, experiencing extreme fatigue, brain fog, constant headaches, and a sense of disconnection from life.

After nearly a year of exploring holistic wellness approaches and self-care tools, I enrolled in a 12-week coaching program that transformed my recovery journey. This experience empowered me to take back control of my life, reconnect with my purpose, and finally feel fully alive again.
